Confirmations
SIA will confirm your Annual Meeting registration. The hotel will confirm your room reservation.
Upon Arrival
Go first to the hotel check-in desk in the lobby of the Boca Raton Resort and Club (BRR&C). Then, stop at the SIA Registration Desk located in the Mizner Conference Center, to pick up your registration packet. Your hotel room may not be ready for occupancy before 4:00 pm.
Wear Your Badges
Badges must be worn at all times at all functions.
Dress
Daytime dress is business casual. Evening dress is informal: sport coat or suit with tie for men, cocktail dresses for women.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Cell phone and pagers are prohibited from use during program sessions.
Special Dietary Needs
If you require a special meal for any SIA sponsored function, please call or stop at the SIA Registration Desk at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Private Parties
Private parties should not be scheduled which will detract from SIA evening functions. Arrangements for private parties should be made directly with the hotel.
