About The Conference - SIFMA’s 34th Annual Operations Conference and Exhibit will be held from April 29 – May 2, (Sunday – Wednesday) at the exclusive Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL. This event will be of particular interest to operations, technology, risk, and compliance professionals. Not only does the conference provide a robust program that will include many thought provoking topics, it also offers networking opportunities with industry colleagues and forums for discussing a wide array of matters confronting our business. Booth Space Assignment
Exhibit space must be reserved by a phone call to Diana Serri at SIFMA . . . 212.618.0558. After you reserve your booth location by telephone, an application and invoice will be sent to you. Payment in full must be received within ten business days, or your space will be automatically canceled.

Welcome Reception for All
Sunday, April 29th, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Welcoming Reception is an early "kick-off" to the Conference & Exhibit and is open to all Conference registrants and exhibitors. We cordially invite everyone to attend!

Exhibitor Set-up and Dismantle
Exhibitor move-in and installation begins on Sunday, April 29, at 12:00 Noon – 8:00 p.m... All exhibit booths must be set up, ready and operating by Monday, April 30th at 10:00 a.m. Dismantle begins on Tuesday, May 1st at 2:00 p.m. All exhibits must be completely dismantled by 8:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours
There will be no competing meetings scheduled when the Exhibit Hall is open. Although subject to modification, the Exhibit Hall will be open as follows and all events listed will take place in the Hall. While the hours listed below are times when the Exhibit Hall is officially open, exhibitors have access to the Hall at all times and may use any other periods they wish to meet with clients or prospective customers. For Security purposes, SIFMA will request that if any meetings are scheduled, the exhibitor notifies SIFMA prior to the meeting in order to have a guest pass made available for your clients.

Exhibitor Booth Personnel
Five exhibitor badges, per booth rented, will be provided free of charge. There is a $35 (per badge) charge for any additional badges requested. These badges will give your company representatives access to the Exhibit Hall, but not to any of the Conference Sessions.

Hotel Accommodations
SIFMA has reserved a block of rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center at a special Conference rate available only to participants of the SIFMA’s Operations Conference & Exhibit. Reservation forms can be found by clicking on the hotel button above.

Registrant Rosters
In order to make exhibiting more productive and to give you the opportunity for some pre-show promotions, SIFMA will furnish exhibitors with a list of Conference registrants four weeks prior to the Conference, as well as the complete roster within four weeks post Conference.

Discounted Conference Registration for Exhibitors
Two individuals, per booth rented, may register for the Conference at the SIFMA discounted member rate of $995 each, which entitles you to attend all business sessions and workshops. Additional people from your company may register, but at the regular non-member rate of $1,495 per person. Specific details will follow.
